If you're a Broncos Fan, this cookie needs no explanation. The Barrel Man was a Denver Broncos Super Fan for 30 years, so of course we had to make him into a cookie for the big game tomorrow.
Frost the cookie with a background color. Then mix orange, blue, flesh-toned and white frosting and place in a Ziploc. Snip a corner to pipe the Barrel Man. Add tiny sprinkles for his eyes. Step-by-step shown below:
Pipe the legs, pipe the boots, pipe the torso and arms, pipe a circle for the head and fill-in in a spiral motion, pipe the barrel, pipe the straps, pipe the beard and hair, pipe the hat, pipe the Bronco on the front of the barrel. The cookies and the frosting stay nice and soft for hours. Seal in an air tight container for storage within 12 hours. Update: the family of Barrel Man reached out and said how much it meant to them that I made him into a cookie!
