These poor bunnies and chicks are trying to be Spring hatchlings, but they don't want to leave the shell when it looks like this outside:
It's not unusual to get snow through the end of May, but by this time of year with a few lovely Spring days mixed in, we're so over the snow! I feel like the chick on the left:
You know what's funny? I found these cookies while I was cleaning the kitchen last night. Yep. Found them. They were decorated and just sat in a air tight container hiding out for the real Spring to arrive.
Is it Spring yet where you live? Is it above 50F?
