Tombstone Sugar Cookies

I had two bags of frosting siting on the counter after cleaning up a repeat Halloween Party for my visiting nieces and nephews over the weekend.  I never got around to using the tombstones I baked, so I mixed a little black frosting into white frosting for the base color:

 I added a little more black with each cookie for a slight color gradient.

 Added some silver and black sugar for texture and then piped some details.

 The moons are sparkling with silver sugar.
