Back to School Cookies

I'm B-A-C-K!  I bake a little in the summer, but most of my baking is done during the school year for my kids' lunches, classroom parties and birthdays.
This was a last minute (2 hour) idea.  Last year, I put together the bags of Goldfish crackers (as seen on Pinterest) to send the kids off to school for their first day.  I couldn't send them off empty handed this year.
I had an assortment of left over cookies, so I selected several of the squares to spell out "back to school", two houses for school houses, a boy and a girl and two stars.
I had the most red frosting, so "school" got the red school house siding.  The notebook paper is definitely not original, as I have seen it several places (don't know who to credit).
Here are the kids on their first day of school!  How many more years can I get them to put an arm around one another for a 1st day of school photo?
They were a little unsure about heading back to school so early this year (we usually start in September), but the cookies helped bring smiles to their faces.
My son heads to 4th grade and my daughter heads to 3rd grade.
