Spooktacular Halloween Cookies

'Tis the season when I start my round of holiday cookie making. Halloween is the perfect holiday to start the baking spree. I could spend hours and hours frosting and decorating cookies. I do spend hours and hours and it is a selfish indulgence, but I feel like me when I'm decorating.
