End of Season Baseball cupcakes

To make the fondant baseball hats: roll a small ball of fondant. Next, roll out a piece of fondant to cut the brim for the hat. My set of measuring spoons (used like a cookie cutter) made the perfect shape for the brim. Place the ball of fondant on top of the brim. Add a small round ball at the top of the hat (I applied a dot of frosting to hold). Then, use the serrated quilting cutting wheel from the Wilton 10pc Fondant/Gumpaste Tool Set for the stitches on the hat and brim. Pipe a team letter or number to finish.

These cupcakes were a HOME RUN!
