My mom does lots of things better than me, but I wanted to try to make the Easter Braid this year.
I thought I sort of knew how to put it together- add the filling, make slits on both sides and then
criss-cross the dough. But then how do I pick it up and place it on the pan to bake?
That's not how Mom's looks. I called her to laugh about it.
Next two were so-so:
I was closer by the 3rd pan- a really big one!
And then I wrecked it when I tried to get it to the cooling rack.
Darn it. I should have started with the Lovely Buns.
